By accessing or using Inlay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Service Description
Inlay provides website auditing, optimization, and AI agent connectivity tools including hosted MCP servers, embed scripts, and analytics dashboards. We may update features and pricing at any time with notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Inlay to scan sites you do not own or have permission to audit, to attempt to circumvent rate limits, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your content. By using Inlay, you grant us a limited license to crawl, analyze, and serve your public content through MCP servers and llms.txt files as directed by your configuration.
7. Limitation of Liability
Inlay is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance.
